I have installed this plugin and icon is displaying on website. But when I click on facebook or any other icon it is not displaying my facebook fanpage description. In pop-up it's showing blank box having no description. What I have to do?

I was working in my local so it was not showing. Now as I have moved to live, it's showing

If I want to share only static information in pop-up. Is it possible?

For E.g. : Website Title and its description.
