Is it possible to receive earning revenue via moneybookers (skrill)

Is it possible to receive earning revenue via moneybookers (skrill) instead of Paypal. I operate a real estate website + blog and my business is based in Ghana, Africa. Paypal is currently not accessible in most African countries, but I use skrill. Kindly let me know if this is possible.
